I just talked to devIant and she's about to post, can we extend day cycle a few minutes? Would suck to get auto-lynched a minute before you post.

Sorry for slightly late-ness. Crazy schedule recently.
Day 2 Has Ended.

The villagers of course had a bit more than chance to rely on this time. Suspicions were brought out to the forefront, and accusations slung. When the rabble died down, poor Orange08 was led to the now dark-stained sand in front of the town hall.

"..Please, guys, trust me. I'm not one of them.." he managed to choke out. The crowd only stared back, with the silence screaming and the sun beginning to set. PELIGRO, as per the newly established tradition, was given the honor of performing the execution.

PELIGRO stood there for a few more moments, and then pointed the gun to Orange's head. "On behalf of the town of New Prosperity, I do hereby put you to rest, foul demon!" And with this last word, PELIGRO let fire the antique pistol. And, like last time, Orange fell face first into the dust.

HOWEVER, unlike last time, the body continued to writhe. Through the smashed and bloody mass that was his face a terrible moaning sounded out, and Orange's body began to creak and moan as it stretched and transformed.

His legs extended outwards, his arms and chest grew a thick coat of hair, and his canine teeth began to protrude from his face. However, after a few more seconds of agonized writhing, the creature moved no more. Orange08, the first Werewolf that many members of the town ever did see, died as the sun peaked behind the horizon.

Night 2 Now Begins.

Surviving wolves and night professions, you have 24 hours to send in your vote. Congrats on bagging the first baddie, but there's no time to celebrate just yet.

Oh and due to the large number of players facing the autolynch block today, we've decided to extend it to a maximum limit of three days before a player is put down. We're hoping to be able to get these players back into the game before we had to kill off a sizeable chuck of our playerbase..

Sorry guys, been under a lot of pressure from real-life things for a few weeks now, and been especially incredibly over-the-top busy the last few days (MarkMarkAdam, Snail, and Providence can all attest to that). I never meant to neglect the game this way :/ I'll try to keep this from becoming a habit. At least we nabbed our first wolf in my absence Very Happy

"NOT THA WOLF NOT THA WOLF" he screamed out.

And, unlike last time, Orange did an epic spin as he shot upward and then fell to the floor, he let out one last message: "ARROOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooo!!!". Blood was splattered about PELIGRO's face.

Orange08, as his claws began to extend and his entire body transform, scribbled a message in the dirt. "kill jakobs~"

His legs extended outwards, his arms and chest grew a thick coat of hair, and his canine teeth began to protrude from his face. However, after a few more seconds of agony, the creature moved no more. Orange08, the first Werewolf that many members of the town ever did see, died as the sun peaked behind the horizon.

Considering he's a wolf and no villager in their right mind would listen to that, I think it's fine. In the future though try to refrain from using names whenever you can.

But YEAAAH WE GOT ONE! Didn't expect it at all but this is good news.

Also I'm thinking we need to extend the autolynch time because there's way too many players on the autolist right now.

And what if -la diddle de laa-

At this point, im just trying to cause as much confusion in the remaining Villagers's minds as possible. Very Happy

Mod edit: Please refrain from vote-influencing in your post-dead votes. I understand that wasn't your intention but uh yeah.

I'm not sure but I'm pretty suspicious of cosine.

I mean, he sort of defended orange with some thought out text.

I'm sort of suspicious of him too. People that don't hide in the shadow of the majority and think for themselves are dangerous. Should get rid of him.

YOU'RE WELCOME. And there was hardly any "evidence" at all, just a (correct) gut feeling you promptly proceeded to bash upon.. "Logic," especially at these early stages of the game, cannot take you very far...

And blah2355 is right... there is something inherently suspicious in your "logical" defense of orange ...

Interesting how he openly defends a (now) known wolf... I had a suspicion from the start, I'm going back to my first instinct.

I smell fur and fangs...

By all means, you can lynch me if your "Gut feeling," tells you to. We'll see how far it really gets you.

I do believe I had reasonable suspicions of orange. I caught him online during the night cycle and he didn't post anything. That's not enough to lynch someone of course, but to me it was obvious nobody would legitimately accuse me simply because I didn't include myself on a list. Oh well, he's dead now.

Also, on an unrelated note I have a few more hunches as to the identities of more feral beasts, but I'm not sure if it would be a good idea to reveal them yet.

Are we allowed to post during the night cycle?
