FINAL RULE REVISIONS FOR ROUND 4 ARE SET BELOW. Thank you all for voting in the polls.

Everything in bold is the major technical stuff you need to know.

Ruleset for Round 4 will be similar to the original rules, as reproduced below (and also available here):
Spoiler:

HOWEVER!

I finally found an actual guide to this game instead of having to piece the rules together from examples. There are some changes, as described below.

32 person game (if we fall short we'll adjust this):
24 Villagers
-3 Masons
-2 Scries
-2 Baners
-17 Regular Villagers
8 Wolves
-1 Beast
-1 Devil
-6 Regular Wolves

Day Cycle: 24 hours
Night Cycle: 24 hours
This may be adjusted if participation falls short or many people complain, we're flexible about this. Pay close attention to the host's time posts regarding how long the cycle will last.

Dead people cannot post anything vote-influencing in the topic/Graveyard/PMs/etc.
You can still roleplay or whatever and joke around but nothing that can influence a vote. This includes sarcastic remarks towards people, talking about motives for your lynching/assassination, and anything at all that could be perceived as targetted towards specific people, etc.

Seriously guys, don't do it. When you are killed you are essentially removed from the game and please do not say a word that'll impact the game. The reason being that we've found dead villagers are extremely trustworthy and people will regularly PM them for information they can trust. This is against the spirit of the game. Don't do it, guise.

Scries have a climbing percentage of accuracy.
Primary Scry - 75% base accuracy
Secondary Scry - 50% base accuracy

Your primary/secondary role will be given to you in your PM. Scrying the same person consecutively between nights will increase the accuracy by 25% for that person, maxing out at 95%. Ex: The secondary scry starts at 50% accuracy, increasing to 75% on the second night, and 100% on the third night. This is specific to each person scried and must be consecutive. Scrying someone else will reset the accuracy to the base percentage.

Baners can only protect a villager from 3 wolf votes max.
Therefore, if 4 or more wolves vote to kill Jim, even if Jim is baned, he dies. The Beast's vote only counts as 2 when calculating banes. However, banes stack, so if both baners protect Jim one night, he must be attacked by over 6 wolves to be killed.

Two wolves that attack the same person at night are put in contact with each other even if the attack is not a majority vote.
If A and B attack C, regardless of what role C is, A and B will be PM'ed and put in contact with each other at the end of the night. C will not be affected (unless of course the majority voted for C, in which case they are assassinated).

Let me clarify; if one wolf attacks another, they are NOT put in contact with each other.

Villager scry results will only return teams (villager/wolf) while the Devil will also return role (primary scry/secondary scry/baner/mason/regular villager).
Keep in mind that scrying the Beast will still always return Villager.

People will be autolynched if they do not vote for 2 consecutive Day cycles.
That is, if someone doesn't vote for 2 Day cycles back-to-back, they're removed from the game. If you know that you'll be away from the forums and won't be able to participate for over 2 day cycles, contact the host via PM about it or post in the topic about it and you'll be excused from the autolynch.

Hope that's everything. I tried to filter out the most confusing rules, and there's actually an entire villager role (Policeman) that we completely neglected. Everything above is susceptible to democratic referendum.
